Outline of Use and features of our CMA:
- The user creates an account named, My Account.
- The user may return to My Account as often as desired.
- The user must agree to our terms of engagement in our Agreement
- The user submits payment for a subject to be registered.
- The user may create a CMA based on the subject registered.
- The subject may be adjusted as often as user returns until December 31.
- The comps are updated monthly.
- ALL accounts terminate on December 31.

| 1 CMA | $50.00 | For 1 property. The user selects the subject. It is registered in My Account and the user may return as many times as desired to change the CMA and reprint the results. |
| 15 CMAs | $200.00 | For 15 properties. Suggested for some lenders, investors, real estate agents, tax agents, some buyers and sellers who buy/sell multiple subjects. |
| 100 CMAs | $750.00 | For 100 properties. Suggested for lenders, tax agents, and title companies. |
| Unlimited | Call | Unlimited access is available on a county wide basis. Please contact us for details. |
Satisfaction is our goal. The cost of 1 CMA may be applied toward the employment of Pro-Te$t as your tax agent in a property tax protest. Our fees vary but generally begin at $179 for residential properties.
